Omabert Limited ("Omabert", "we", "us", "our") is a Health & Safety business based in Accra, Ghana, and is the data controller for personal data collected through omabertlimited.com, our contact and registration forms, WhatsApp, phone and email, and our social media channels where we handle enquiries directly.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

We do not knowingly collect financial account details such as full card or bank numbers through this website; payments for training programmes are arranged separately and confirmed by proof of payment you send us.
Our forms are processed using Netlify Forms, and pages that embed Google Fonts make a connection to Google's font servers to load type. These providers may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type as part of delivering their service.
3.How We Use Your Data
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form, email or WhatsApp
- To process training registrations, confirm payment and send joining instructions
- To issue and verify certificates of completion
- To provide quotes, arrange PPE orders, fire safety services or consultancy engagements

We process personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and treat electronic form submissions as valid records under the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772). Our basis for processing typically includes: your consent when you submit a form, the steps necessary to perform a contract with you (such as delivering a training programme or product you registered or paid for), and our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries and operating this website.
5.Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only where necessary to operate our services:
- With Netlify, our website hosting and form-processing provider, which receives form submissions on our behalf
- With Google, whose font service is loaded on our pages and may log basic technical request data
- With payment or banking channels you use to send proof of payment for a training programme
- Where required by law, regulation or a valid request from a competent authority in Ghana, including the Data Protection Commission
We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6.Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of the service providers we use, including Netlify and Google, operate infrastructure outside Ghana, which means data you submit through our forms or that is generated by loading our pages may be processed on servers abroad. Where personal data is transferred outside Ghana, we rely on those providers' own data protection safeguards and, where applicable, contractual protections, consistent with the cross-border transfer requirements of the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
7.Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, for example to respond to your enquiry, deliver a training programme you registered for, or maintain certificate verification records. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.
8.Cookies & Similar Technologies
This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Loading Google Fonts causes your browser to connect to Google's font servers, which is a standard part of how those fonts are delivered. If this changes in future (for example, if analytics are added), this policy will be updated to reflect that.
9.Data Security & Breach Notification
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. 11.Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses, professionals and adult training participants. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
